---She has a sign on her forehead when she is a sailor scout(i made it up),it's the sign of eternity or eternal life,you can't see it in her human form.She has a tatoo of a part of the sign,the highest part in the middle of the sign,it's a little higher than her breasts,it's in the middle,it is a light blue color and you can always see it.

General Personality:She's very quiet,barely talks,she is very shy.She doesn't trust anyone,she has no friends on Earth she could have some but she doesn't actually want any.Her only friend is or was,her mother Selene.She likes guys,but doesn't trust them,so when they ask her out she turns them down.She doesn't want children or to be married.She thinks that the other sailor scouts are immature and should take their mission more seriously.

Fuku:
Forehead -Does not wear a tiara,instead she has a sign(which i made up)of eternity or eternal life which is light blue and can only be seen when she is a Sailor Scout.
Earrings-light blue,a little circle attached to the ears,then a longer irregular sphere shape attached to the little circles.
Necklace-blue in a trapezoid shape,a little figure which is the same shape as the earrings,attached in the middle(light blue)
Collar-White attached to the top of her uniform between her breasts by a little light blue button.
Uniform-TOP-(white)has the rest of the signs of eternity not including the one that is concidered a tatoo between her breasts.No straps or anything to hold the top,it goes against the body,at the back it goes down and leaves an opening in the middle,it attaches to the light blue V shaped stripe that holds the cape.
GLOVES-attach to the top on the sides,under the arm pits and go from the below the shoulder,they have a light blue V shaped stripe on each glove about 1 inch in length.
BOTTOM-white shorts,light blue cape that attaches to the V shaped light blue stripe that is at her stomach.The cape does not go down to the bottom of her boots,but stops at more than mid-legth below her knees.
BOOTS-go above her knees,stop at about mid-lengthof the upper part of her legs.The beginning of the boots are in a V shape,the beginning is a light blue stripe about 2 inches in length.The rest of the boots are white.The boots are high heels.
HAIR-Only ties at the bottom,where the heels start,with two light blue scrunchies,into two ponytails.The scrunchies are always light blue when she is a Sailor Scout.

Transformation Phase:She says these words to transform,she does not use a pen or anything,she just says the following :"Immortalis Vita Incedo" it is Latin,it stands for "Immortal Life Awake".When she says the words,she's lifted up into the air,a yellow and a white light surround her.Seconds later she just appears in her fuku.
Strength:She takes her mission very seriously,and she does EVERYTHING to succeed.She is the most powerful scout of all,including Sailor Moon,because she's had 3 lives to improve her powers and make them better,if she had one life like the other scouts,she would not be stronger than Sailor Moon.
Weakness:Physical Science,tries to do everything by herself,she never wants any help from anyone.
First Attack (Weakest):although none of her attacks would be called weak compared to the other scouts,her ''weakest'' attack would be ''Aeternus eternus lumen auctorita!'' which means ''Eternal Light Power!'' again it's Latin.This power,she says the words,and a sphere,which is white,blasts from the moon to her hand,and she throws it in the air and jumps up and makes a fast twirl to the left and raises her left leg up while doing the twirl and kicks it at the opponent.She uses this attack to destroy the opponent,completely.
Second Attack:''Aeternus eternus sol solis auctorita sano'' meaning ''Eternal sun power heal'',she uses this attack to heal an evil person into a good person,but if the voltage of the blast is too high it can kill the person.She says the words,jumps into the air,a blast from the sun comes,in a yellowish color,in a irregular shape,surrounds her totally,a second later it turns into a yellowish stake,a pointy little yellow stick.The power only surrounds her so it can take some good from her heart and put it into the stick.Next she instantly flys towards the evil person and puts the stick through their heart.The stick makes a hole,yellow,and it surrounds the body and the person becomes good.If the attack is unsuccesful,and the person is still evil,she will have to use her 1st attack and destroy the person.
Extra Details:She is the most powerful sailor scout,because she had 3 lives to learn it and improve it.She is immortal,meaning she can't die,but she does,and them she's reborn again,with the memory of her previous life.She dies exacly on November 6 and is reborn on November 6.If she died on 11.06 at 2:32a.m.,she takes a life of another baby in a woman's body that is supposed to arrive that same day and is born on 11.06 at 2:32a.m.The same time she dies she is born.That's why her only wish is to finally die and stay dead,not to be reborn again.Her expressions are either sad or mad,she does not laugh often or smile.She is sad because she can't die and because she can't be normal.She's tired of the world.But she's immortal,and well she's stuck.
HISTORIC BACKGROUND
Character History: She is the first person ever to become a sailor scout.Queen Selene,the goddess of the moon and the first ruler of the moon,named her Sailor Eternity.Her kingdom was being attacked by the Earth.At the time she was pregenant.She didn't know what to do,with her being in no shape to fight,so she went to a wise wizard,Merlin the 3rd.He told her the only solution is to transform her baby into a soldier,or a senshi.On november 6,her baby was born,a little girl and she said these words : ''Immortalis Vita Incedo'',the same words that Luna uses to transform.The exact time she said that the power of the moon and the sun came forward,and entered in to her body.That gave her immortality and the powers she poses.As she grew up she learned all her powers.She fought by her mother,against all the evil from the Earth.But the forces of the Earth were too strong.It wasn't the people that were fighting the moon,it was the evil Horseman,whose forces were too strong.That's why Selene had to send her daughter,at age 16,to the Earth to find the Horseman and destroy him.She did as she was told.She did not know anything about her immortality or that she was to be reborn again.She fought with the Horseman for 20 years before defeating him.When she returned her mother was very sick and on her death bed.Then another enemy appeared and destroyed the Kingdom,her mother and everyone living there.She was the only survivor.She asked the moon and the sun for their help in getting the kingdom back the way it was.She planted star seeds in the ground,and returned to the Earth.Five years later she returned,the Kingdom had started to recover,there were children and many people.They made her Queen.Years later she gave birth to a child,Solis,a little boy.And she died later on on November 6th.She was reborn in a woman on Earth,and she started her quest again.When she was about 18 or so.The Moon Kingdom had been like new.Her son had been a great King,his wife had given birth to 3 children,Yue,a boy, Mangetsu,another boy,and Naomi,a girl.They all ruled the Moon,but since Naomi was the youngest,she had to be the ruler since her two brothers had died.She gave birth to a young girl.Who she named Serenity.She was the Queen of the moon,and Luna's life on Earth had been once again ended and started again.Serenity,had a girl,named Serena.Serena found love on the Earth,Prince Endymon.But Queen Beryl had attacked the Moon Kingdom,and Luna didn't know how to help them.When she finally came to the Moon,the Kingdom had been destroyed once again.She knew nothing of other Sailor Scouts.She planted the seeds again and returned once again to the Earth.She was 12 at the time.When she turned 14 she moved to Tokyo because she heard of some mysterious Sailor Scouts that had been helping stop evil.She had always lived in a foster home the past 2 lives(including the one she lives now).She escaped and moved to Tokyo.There she found out about the scouts.And she's trying to stop evil with the other scouts,but does not work with them,she just wants to stop the evil,so she could finish her quest and finally die and never be reborn again.Because once all the evil is gone she can finally be free.
