Its sad to say but sum people just can't manage to keep to their promise that they make when fillin out the form to adopt. So when they do that the poor DTigers end up here at the Abanded DTigers page. And when that person's DTiger(s) end up here at the abanded page I make sure that they don't adopt from me again.
