First of all I wanted to say, this was a great movie! I was a little disapointed at the quality of subtitles in the theatre. It was a tad fuzzy, and it wasn't a solid color; you, could see the fuz going through the lettering on a regular basis. Otherwise a good job at translating.
The movie is centered around a girl named Tima, she is a robotic creation who doesn't know she's a robot. Tima was to take over and lead a group called Marduk, to keep robots in check. The Marduk is named after the ancient Babylonian snake-headed Dragon. Whenever a robot is found out of it's designated Zone, it is destroyed by the Marduk.
A robot in control of a group that destroys robots? Well you can see where things are going to go wrong here can't you?
Tima was made to resemble Duke Red's late daughter. If you're a fan of Osamu Tezuka's work, then I suggest checking this movie out!
