After all she is helping to take over the world. She works with few other, in the secret organisation known as "Across". She does everything for her beloved Il Parazzo, leader of Across and the one who would try to control the world. Excel is faced with many bizzare situations, one of which lead to her getting a partner.
Excel has a puppy companion named Menchi. Menchi is also her emergency food supply. Menchi can be seen above on Excel's shoulder. Yes that is a DOG, not a CAT. The series throws strangeness at you, in every turn. For anyone who loves random comedy, pick this series up. The entire series should be availible now.
