Cowboy Bebop is an interesting series. Bounty Hunters in space. The basics are this. The Bounty Hunters, or "Cowboys" go around and collect their bounties. They travel via space gates. These gates interest me more than anything. Oh yeah, and Mars has been colonized! Earth was subject to an accident, and so most people left. Now Earth is seen as a trashy place, and is constantly hit by meteors, that come from a ring of rubble that now circles the planet.
The story of Cowboy Bebop follows a select few Bounty Hunters, on a space craft called the Bebop. Bounty Hunting is not an easy life, and this is sceen in most episodes. Many good Bounty Hunters loose their lives in search for their bounties. One of the main characters "Spike", is after one special bounty. His name is "Vicious". We see him a few times, and Spike has one heck of a hard time with him.
