I will never understand why companies release such pointless singles...only two tracks, both of which can be found on the soundtrack albums. The songs themselves are the full versions of the now-famous opening and ending songs from the TV series 'Shin Seiki Evangelion'. 'Zankoku Na Tenshi No TEEZE' [often referred to as 'Cruel Angel's Thesis'] is the powerful opening song, and Yoko Takahashi does a typically good job singing it. Claire's version of 'Fly Me To The Moon', which was used as the main ending theme for the TV series, isn't really something I listen to much. I think you either love it or you hate it... I'm really struggling to find things to say about this CD, the only reason to buy it would be for the nice cover artwork (well, if you didn't want the full soundtracks but liked the theme songs you could be justified in picking it up, but the albums are much better value).
