Ninku the movie a full length feature presentation of about thirty mintutes is a medicore film. In all fairness it may be much better if you know the ninku series, but to a first time viewer, such as I, what it seemed like was the story of three generals from the disbanded ninku army wandering around with some girl looking to make a buck. Each of the males has a special power and the the opening theme sugests that the girl plays a very important role, but this never happens in the movie. The show deals with some ninku imposters and while overall being fairly boring it does have some great lines like "Sir that is not a napkin, it is dirty, unwashed underwear." and "I don't like you because etc etc, and I don't like YOU becauses etc etec, and I don't like you, because you are prettier than me!!"
The animation is not bad. The people look fairly normal, except for this one little ninku who has the appearance of one scary kid. The dubbing job was good everyone's mouths moved with the words and there was no stiff voice acting. It's something to see if there is nothing else, but I certainly don't recomend buying it.
