How To Ref

First of all when you ref always have pencil and paper ready before telling the opponents to send the stats. After you have asked them. They should send them in private chat shortly. Write them down in any order you like but just make sure you have room to Add and Subtract Each Stat. After you have written dowm the stats you tell the person with the Highest INTELLIGENCE to go First. After they do a move you have to say Countdown!! Then after a few seconds start one from the numbers 5 to 1. These numbers may vary accordings to special moves that are done. When you do a countdown do it not to fast and not to slow at the same rate as a real clock ticks. After you do a countdown you must tell how many dodges/blocks they got in on your screen. If someone tells you they got more ingnore it cause we only go by your screen. Then you must tell what kind of hit it was. The type of hits are. Fatal, Crit, Fair, and Miss. Each Taking off less and less dagame.

0 Dodges/Blocks: Fatal
1-3 Dodges/Blocks: Crit
4-6 Dodges/Blocks: Fair
7 Dodes/Blocks: Miss

So This would be an example. You(Goku is the ref)

Goku> Countdown!!
Goku>5
Opponent>dodge
Opponent>dodge
Goku>4
Opponent>dodge
Goku>3
Goku>2
Opponent>dodge
Opponent>ddoge
Goku>1
Goku>5 dodges Fair
Goku> DMG = Whatever We will discuss damage in a second.

Not all the dodges and blocks have to be spelled correctly. Just make sure it looks like it. Here are a few that are acceptable.

ddoge, dogde, doddge, blokc, bolck and more. If they look right you can accept them.

Now That is all you do when you ref a fight. But if someone does a counter you have to do a countercountdown. It is the same as a regualr but you gotta say CounterCountdown!!. And So on. If you ref you must keep up with Ki. You should have a quick refference to each person that is fighting cause you should know their races. When someone does a move quickly check the Ki for the move and subtract it. Then do a countdown. If you do not keep up with Ki the match will not count and I think you would have some very unhappy co-members. After the match is over the opponents will tell you how they want their points and you must email me. Who fought. Who Won/Lose. How they want their points. And what were the final Ki's. Now for the damage Part

Many People find telling damage hard to do. But to me it's easy. First you must take in consideration the move. You all should know what moves are powerful and weak cause you should see the Power Level Beside the move. Then after that look at the persons Power Level that is doing the move. And Last you have to look at how many dodges/blocks they got. Now if the move and power level are higher than the opponent and they only got in like 2 or 3 dodges/blocks. you know it should take off a good amount of damage. And if it was lower not as much damage. Here is an expamle.

Goku(5,000) does A Kamehameha(5,000) @ Piccolo(4,000). Piccolo gets in 3 dodges. The Damage of that atttack would be around 375. Now if Piccolo got in 6 dodges The damage would be like 250.

Goku(5,000) does a Kamehameha(5,000) @ Piccolo(6,000). Piccolo gets in 3 dodges. Cause Piccolo is stronger than Goku and the Attack the Damage would be around 325. And if Piccolo got in 6 dodges the damage would be around 200.

Goku(500,000) does a Big Bang Attack(200,000) @ Piccolo(475,000). We all Know that Big Bang Attack is powerful. But Since Piccolo is stronger than the attack it would not inflict major damage unless he got a fatal. So Piccolo gets in 3 dodges. The Damage would be around 650. As the moves and people get stronger the More Damage the attacks take off. But.........Look at this one.

Goku(200,000) does a Big Bang Attack(200,000) @ Piccolo(1,000,000). The Damage would be about 275-350. Cause Piccolo is way stronger and Weak Goku would not hurt him that much.

As for the damage some of you will still be confused. So all I can say is you have to try first. Then you will start to understand. After you have reffed some matches you will get the hang of it. And I will be ther sometimes to help you out.
