When you become a super form, all your stats double at level one, then triple at level two, and on like that

SH= Super Human

SO= Super Other

SN= Super Namek

SSJ= Super Sajin

ssj-1= 12000 PL and all your stats have to be over 400

ssj-2= 20,000 PL and all your stats must be over 500

ssj-3= 50,000 PL and all your stats must be over 700

ssj-4= 100,000 PL and all your stats must be over 2000

Super Namek

sn-1= 10,000 PL and all your stats have to be over 400

sn-2= 25,000 PL and all your stats must be over 500

sn-3= 50,000 PL and all your stats must be over 700

sn-4= 100,000 pl and all your stats must be over 1000

Super Human

sh-1= 12,000 PL and all your stats have to be over 400

sh-2= 20,000 PL and all your stats must be over 500

Super Other

so-1= 11,000 PL and all your stats have to be over 450
