When Ki turned 13 she was kind of dazed because her older friend and crush for along time Mamoru Noki had held her hand. He secretly liked Ki but was too ashamed to tell her or admitt it to himself because she was so young ( He was 16). She was walking home and saved a strange black cat with a star coller from being hung upside down from a tree by her back paws by some stupid guys. The cat came home with her and kept on looking at her, it would get on her shoulders and meow in her ear if she was doing something bad or if the cat just wanted attension. Then one day it just started talkingShe told Ki that her name was Seikou "Star light" and that she was her gaurdian. Seikou gave Ki a strange looking pen and told her to call out the words "Nebula Star Crystal Power" and she once again became Sailor Nebula, ruler of the stars. On her first mission she encountered the Sailor Scouts and also a misterious Magician Mamoru Nosei. He had on an outfit that looked just like Sapphire's only ha has on a half face mask like phantom of the opera. From then on she has remained a mystery to the other Scouts but has never but any negative energy tword them. Always on the lookout for Mamoru Nosei, Sailor Nebula can be easily distracted from her fighting when he is around. In her normal life her developing intimacy with Mamoru Noki increases but she feals guilty and so does he. They dont know either's secret identity untill she finds out that Mamoru Noki is the Magician Mamoru Nosei. They remember and relise thier love for each other and then team up with another Scout Sailor Iris. Ki Tenno curently lives with her best friend Elara Kamino in an apartment room next to Lita Kino's. Her parents died when she was very young and she has been living on money given to her by her quite rich relations.
