Setsuna is a very serious woman. She hardly ever smiles, and the other senshi are shocked when she is lighthearted. She is very shrouded in mystery, and her exact age is unknown. Since she is the guardian of time, she probably doesn't age(my theory!). She does appear to have a close relationship with Chibi-Usa(who calls her Puu). In Sailor Moon R she is her protector acting through Luna-P. As a senshi, Sailor Pluto only appears when something big is going to happen, because otherwise she might disrupt the flow of time. She is the keeper and guardian of the gateway of time. She has a forbidden attack, however, she uses it to save Uranus and Neptune. The consequence for that is death, though she is reborn.
