Rules
1. This award is given out based on our own personal judgement, and occasionally on the opinions of our friends.
2. We will give out the award based solely on the kind of website the owner has, disregarding the kind of person they may be.
3. We will only give out awards to Sailor Moon based sites. Non-Sailor Moon sites will not be considered.
4. Sites with hentai or anti-Sailor Moon will not be considered.
5. Sites are judged according to a variety of things, notably-info accuracy, picture quality, number of sections, uniqueness, stuff to do, downloads, overall quality, number of broken links and various other things.
6. You may not take this award from another site and post it on your own unless you have won it.
7. If you break one of these rules, your site will no longer be considered for the award.
8. Also, if you take this award and pretend you won it, we will post on our site a list of fakers and your site will be there for everyone to see!!!!^_-
Process
Fill out the email as specified. We will read it and review the site specified. We are giving out the award kinda randomly(but usually about every two weeks), depending on the number of nominations. If your nomination does not win, you will recieve an email saying who won and consolations. You can choose to tell or not tell the owner of the site you nominated. If you win, the person who nominated the site as well as the person who owns the site, will recieve an email with the address of this site, the notification they have won and the code for the award source. Please do not nominate yourself! The nomination will still be considered, but isn't that kind of cheating?
Email
Send an email to us here. In it ,write award nomination in the subject line. Include the address of the site you want to nominate, the email of the person who owns the site, and a short paragraph describing why you think this site should win the award. We will respond to all emails in about two weeks. If we have not sent you either a consolatary email or one congragulating you in three weeks, apply again because your nomination may have gotten lost.
