Hi!!!!! well heres my story on how I became a
moonie........
Well one afternoon about 2 years ago my friend was over my house and we had been bored all day. So it was 4:00 o'clock and she said "Lets watch tv" I said, "sure" and, "what do you wanna watch." She immediatly turned it to cartoon network and I asked "whats on this channel", she said "Its a show called Sailor Moon". I asked "What is that" she said its a cartoon, "a cartoon" I said with dismay. She said that I would like it so it started and at first I thought it was kinda boring but I couldn't keep myself from just staring at the screen. She left and the next day I was bored so I watched it again the next day I watched it and the day after that and the day after that untill I ended up watching it everyday! Then after watching Sailor Moon for over 2 months I started recording the show every day, and now I have every episode on tape! So it really took me by surprise that I would become so addicted and now that the new episodes are coming out I'm going to record those to!!!!!!

Oy...
Well, my story began when Sailor Moon first came to the US in 1995. I saw a commercial fo the dolls on TV, and thought, "that's just some silly japanese cartoon. I'd never watch that..." How wrong I thought... Anyway, back in 1998, when Sailor Moon started airing on Cartoon Network, I happened to catch it on the very first day. I was watching Pop-Up Video in VH1 (@ 4:00pm), and It had come to a commercial, so I was flipping channels. I landed on Cartoon Network, and I saw that odango-haired blonde we all know so well longing to be like Sailor V. It caught my attention as I remebered the commercial and all the folders and pencils and stuff in the school supply section at the drugstore. Anyway, that simple click of a remote button landed me with a 30 minute vigil evey weekday, a website that gives me headaches, and exactly 130 hours of taped episodes ^_^.
