Hello! Sara here. Well, just to warn you for those who want a short and sweet story, this isn’t going to be one. I’m planning on quite a couple of parts for this story and I’ll try to have each part out every week. The first part is fairly short. There’s a little bit of romance, adventure, and drama in this story. Also, I am usuing all the Japanese names in the story and all the sailor soldiers are in my story(except for Chibi-Usa and Chibi Chibi). I’ve been working really hard on the story so, i hope you all enjoy it!

All eternity, is her destiny beside these doors. Fog lifts, hiding any other presence. These doors are forever closed unless otherwise said, which is only on serious occasions. After Galaxia, she returned to her home, a silent place of dormancy; two doors, fog and floor. Anything else she would never experience, but she understands her task and never bothered to ever complain. She thought of many things, of course, but her thoughts were always on her eternal task. Silence surrounded her so long, she would hear nothing, enough to make other people go mad. She, on the other hand, was used to the silence because the silence meant safety. She stood in silence most of the time, an awkward silence that could be considered a mysterious insight. Silence was what was needed in this place. Any given sound meant to be on your guard at that moment and no other choice to be made.
A crackling sound hit the floor and her head bolted to the left. Her eyes slimmed down and inquired on the figure far away. “Who goes there!” she yelled. The figure did not move. “Leave, trespasser!” Still no movement. She became angry. “You are trespassing to the doors of time! You are not worthy to enter!” She held up her staff, the figure moving slightly. She spun the staff around, making a faint face and whispered, “Dead Scream.” She spun her staff around once more, a purple ball of energy forming, soon going after the trespasser. She watched as the attack hit the unknown stranger and more fog lifted. ‘The Doors of Time are safe again,’ she thought. She opened her eyes to see a more clear figure coming through the fog. Its eyes, a blood red, flashing with such deadly ambitions and a purple ball of energy forming in front of the new dangerous stranger, the energy ball being much bigger than what Pluto had thrown. Pluto then found herself being attacked by this huge ball of energy which was once hers. She screamed in pain as the impact threw her against the doors, finally making her fall to the ground. She trembled as she stood up. “Who are you?” Pluto yelled, almost fearful.
“I am the end,” the stranger echoed in an evil laughter and in a mysterious tone.
Pluto was stunned as the figure came closer. Her body, curvy and tall and her other features made her look as black as the darkest, starless night of all.
“I will make no beginning, no present, and especially no future,” the stranger closed her eyes and lifted her arms, starting to attack Pluto once again, but Pluto fought back with all her might, her staff her only source of a weapon.
She smacked the stranger with her staff, but the enemy jumped up quickly and pushed Pluto to the floor, trying to break Pluto’s staff.
Pluto concentrated her energy on defeating the enemy. ‘I will not let her win.’ Her planet symbol appeared and flashed with such great impact on the enemy. The enemy still fought back and her powers showed their impact on Pluto as well. Still, Pluto fought, her symbol shining brightly. The two powers blasted each other equally, making both of them blow away in different directions. Pluto trembled a little, as well as the enemy. They both stood up and Pluto saw something disappear inside the enemies’ body. She looked at her staff. In shock, Pluto realized that half of her magical orb was missing. Then, she heard an evil laughter.
“Half of my task is done,” the stranger said happily. “The other half will be completed later. Just you wait.” In a split second, the enemy disappeared and Setsuna found herself in shock.
“This is serious. This enemy is strong and must be destroyed. “She groaned in pain. “I hate to break the peace we have longed for, but as long as the enemy has the other half of that orb, nothing will be safe. All will be frozen in place, in time....” she picked up her staff and stared in fright. “We don’t have much time.”
Usagi stood in the park, looking out at the lake, while waiting for her true love. She walked over to a bench and sat in a relaxed position, sighing. ‘Peace at last,’ she thought. “Mamoru and I can finally be together and stay together.’ she smiled lightly, her eyes gleaming as the sun set. She suddenly felt two gentle arms wrap around her and she turned her head to see Mamoru smiling.
“Hey love,” he said, still holding on to her. Usagi jumped over the bench in excitement. “Mamo-chan!” she said, hugging him. He was a little surprised by her actions.
“Usako, calm down,” he said, brushing the hair from her face. “But I can’t. This is the first time in a long time when we finally get to be together. You were gone that whole time we were battling Galaxia and it wasn’t until a couple of weeks ago when I finally got to see you. I missed you so much, Mamo-chan.”
“I know, Usako,” he kissed her forehead. “I know.”
“I’m just so glad you are here. I was so worried about you. Writing so many letters...letter after letter, I would just wonder more and more,” she hugged him more. “I wish you would never have to leave for college....”
“What if I told you that you might just get your wish, my princess?” he said.
“What do you mean?”
“I mean, I have decided not to go to Harvard in the States.”
“What?” she said in shock. “Mamo-chan, no! Don’t leave your dream for me. Go, go to America and become a doctor like you always wanted!”
“Usako,” he said almost laughing. “I still want to become a doctor, but I still want to be with you. I have decided to go to a college here in Tokyo. They have plenty of great schools here.”
“Mamoru, you think of everything!” Usagi said, kissing him.
“C’mon, Usako. Let’s go to dinner.”
“Okay!” Usagi replied happily as her eyes lighted up at the thought of seeing and eating food. They walked hand in hand over to Mamoru’s car and drove off to their favorite restaurant.
The clouds became a little darker, more than they should have at the time. A misty fog started to come forward. Its threat was unnoticeable, for now.
Ami sat at her desk in her room, her glasses tilting down her nose as she glanced at the words in her Sociology book. A sigh of relief came out as she closed the book. “Finally, I am done with all 5 chapters.” She put her book away and left her bedroom. “I finally made up all that missed study time when we were battling Galaxia,” she thought. She walked out to the apartment balcony and stared up at the sky. She thought of all her dreams and ambitions. ‘In one year, I can study to be a doctor like I always wanted,’ she thought. She looked out at the sky again and smiled. ‘It is so relaxing, yet, odd to find peace now fully. Before, we thought we were safe, but another enemy peeked its head out....but now, now we can live in peace and follow dreams.’ Ami sighed once again and weighed her head on the palm of her hands, while resting her elbows on the edge of the balcony, her eyes still on the sky.
A white musk, dull and cloudy, started to cover the starry night sea and appeared too rapidly to seem, well, normal. This whitish-gray musk did not look like a normal cloud, yet alone, a normal sky. Ami stared at this “cloud” for a minute or two, but could not describe it, for she had never seen anything like it. And for that moment, she didn’t want to see it. Ami felt as though her heart would jump out or her chest as she looked at the odd scene. She turned away, not wanting to see anymore of it or even believe it, and walked back inside the apartment, slamming the screen door shut. “I’ve just been studying too hard, that’s all....” she mumbled to herself and then, walked back into her bedroom, closing the door behind her.
Makoto and Minako sat at a local cafe with Luna and Artemis.
Slowly stirring her cappuccino, Minako groaned, “I’m so bored and totally broke,” this, Minako whined for awhile and then slumped down in her chair. “Hey Mako-chan, do you have any money?”
Makoto looked up from her hot chocolate and smiled. “Actually, I do. I got a new job and it pays well. Why Minako? Do you need to borrow some money?”
“If....you....don’t....um....mind....” said Minako, a little embarrassed. “I already owe you twenty dollars.”
“Well, whenever you get the money, you can pay me back. For now, how about we go and check out a movie since everyone else is busy?” Makoto suggested.
“Sounds good to me. How about some romantic adventure?”
“All right! Let’s go!” Makoto said in excitement. “I heard the new movie, “I Never Want To Say Good-Bye,” is good.”
“Yuck!” Luna and Artemis exclaimed. “If I see one more mushy, lovey-dovey movie, I think I’ll throw up!” Luna exclaimed.
“Yeah, why don’t we see the movie that stars a cat detective. That sounds much better.” Artemis suggested.
“C’mon, Artemis. It’s been a long time since us scouts have seen a movie. We finally have time to have some fun now that the world is safe,” Minako said.
“Oh, all right....” the two cats gave in, sweatdropping.
“That’s the spirit!” Makoto said, smiling, stuffing Luna and Artemis into her duffel bag and they were off.
“Is this how our guarding days end, Luna? Getting stuffed into duffel bags?”
Artemis asked from inside the duffel bag. They walked past the lake, where a white, yet, gray musk hovered over.
“Looks like a storm’s going to start,” Minako said, pointing at the strange cloud.
“Let’s hurry to the theatre before it rains.” They ran off to the theatre, Luna and Artemis unaware of the “storm” because of their recent stuffing into a duffel bag, zipper closed.
Rei sat in front of the fire, the fire showing a blazing reflection of her as she concentrated on finding a vision. As she concentrated, she focused on the strange feeling she had been having. ‘For the whole day, I haven’t had a good feeling...something isn’t right....,’ Rei thought. As she concentrated more, she did not feel the heat of the fire near her, but the hissing of ashes and a smokey lift come over her. She opened her eyes to see the fire out and gasped at such a sight. “It’s not good for the fire to just burn out like that!” she exclaimed, standing up. “This can’t mean what I think...Please God, let us live in peace...,” She ran to the phone and first called Usagi’s house. After two rings, someone finally answered.
“Moshi, moshi!” exclaimed the happy woman.
Rei noticed exactly who it was. “Moshi moshi, Mrs. Tsukino. Is Usagi-chan home?”
“No, I’m sorry, Rei. She left about a half an hour ago to meet Mamoru for dinner. Call back in a couple of hours. She should be back then.”
“Oh, okay. Thank you anyway, Mrs. Tsukino. Bye.”
“Bye, Rei.” **Click**
An angry huff came out of Rei. “Silly, love-sick, odango-atama!” she growled. “I guess I’ll someone else then.” She picked up the phone and called Makoto. No answer. Then, Minako. No answer. Haruka and Michiru....no answer. Then, she finally called Ami. She was so happy when she heard Ami’s voice at the end of the line.
“Moshi, moshi,” Ami answered.
“Moshi, moshi, Ami-chan,” I have something important to tell you and the other scouts, but everyone else is busy and I am unable to contact them. Can you come by the temple to talk?”
“Sure, Rei. I’ll be there in fifteen minutes.”
“Good, see you then.”
“Bye, Rei-chan.”
“Bye, Ami-chan.”**Click**
Rei look out at the sky. She felt a strange aura and kew that something was not right. All she could think to say was....
“Please let us be at peace....”
Usagi sat at the dinner table swallowing down everything in sight. Mamoru ate his food moderately, not really paying attention to Usagi’s pig out(he was used to it by now).
“Mamo-chan, have you tried this fried chicken? It’s the best!” Usagi said in delight, smiling, and swallowing down her fried chicken and then starting on the mashed potatoes.
“Usako, slow down or you going to have a huge stomach ache later and then we won’t be able to go on that boat ride out on the lake.”
Usagi put her fork down on the table and spoke, “Well, what do you know,” she laughed. “I am suddenly full.” she laughed again and then gave out a small burp. She covered her mouth with her hand. “Excuse me.” she laughed and Mamoru laughed with her.
“Usagi, your heart is as big as your stomach,” he laughed. The waiter gave Mamoru the check and he paid it in full. The waiter then bid them both a good day and left. “C’mon, Usako. Let’s go to the lake,” he said, opening his arm for her to wrap her arm around.
“I’d be glad to,” she said, wrapping her arm around his arm. They then got ready to leave. Mamoru then took Usagi into his arms and kissed her.
“What was that for, Mamo-chan?” Usagi asked, blushing.
“Do I need a reason?” He said with a smile.
“Of course not,” she said, smiling as well. The two then turned around and were about to leave the restaurant when,
***On the television***
“A strange gray musk has hovered over the city, making the city go in a state of panic. All people are authorized to stay indoors until futher notice. We have no word on what the fog means, but.....”****fizzzzzzzzzzz****** The television went blank and the announcer was no longer heard. Lights flashed off everywhere and everyone in the city started to panic.
Darkness fell over buildings and streets and people screamed all around wondering what the mysterious fog meant. Usagi clenched Mamoru’s shirt in fright.
“What does this mean, Mamoru?” she looked at him with fearful eyes. He gently grabbed her hands and then lead her outside to get a better view of the odd fog. He looked at it hard, but could not figure out what it meant. The two then looked over at part of the city that was becoming dark and foggy and gasped at what they saw----everything---frozen in place....in time. Cars, people, animals, buildings---no movement at all.
“What?!” Usagi gasped. “Wha-What’s happening! Mamoru! What’s going on?!”
The darkness and fog came closer and closer to them. They became more frightened and Usagi clenched harder to Mamoru’s shirt, almost shivering. As they felt the darkness finally hover over them, they held onto each more than before. They could feel the numbness in there bodies.
‘I can’t move! I can’t---speak! I can’t-----breathe----!!’ Usagi thought in fright.
She looked up at Mamoru who was frozen in place as well. He seemed to have the same expression as her. They both couldn’t move...or speak....it was hard to breathe...and time was running out fast.‘Somebody! HELP US!!!!’ Usagi screamed in her mind. ‘Someone!’
