The url given in the submittion form took me to a file not found page. I tried the index page and that worked, but the page moved. The main page took some time to load, but the layout looks really cute. My only suggestion here would be to align the entire layout to the center. Right now, the page looks a bit off.
"Info" has a layout that matches the main page very well. Wow, there's a lot of information here. It's nice that you have information on all versions of Sailormoon. On the pages with the actual content, I think those would look better of the text was left aligned. All in all, this section seems pretty well-done.
"Pictures" has some good images, though I would suggest putting height and width tags on the thumnails. Also, using a table to organise the images would make them appear more neat and less uneven. Also, in the artbooks section, maybe you should put up some pictures from the other artbooks, not just the 7th.
"Fun Stuff" includes mutimedia, and some other things that aren't nessicarily Sailormoon-related. It has some nice original pages, like "Who Were You in Your Past Life?" and "YKYDLSMEW". I like this section ^.^
"Misc." looks pretty nice. I think the fanfics should probably fit under "Fun Stuff" better than here. Nonetheless, I love the fanpoems. It's nice that you included a page of your own opinions, this allows visitors to see what you think about certain topics and I love to read about what others believe. Also, the "Guide to Other Anime/Manga" is good addition, though I can think of a few other titles Sailormoon fans might like, Fushigi Yuugi and Maic Knights Rayearth, to name a few ^.^
"Site" has the usual guestbook, sisters, links, credits, etc. The site was updated just yeterday, surfers like pages that are updated often. There isn't really much else I can say...
Some final comments...the text should be left aligned whenever there's a large block of text. I like the layout very much, it's simple, yet everything matches.

::Layout::-Well, the link that was attched didn't work...so I tried http://www.geocities.com/moonprincess4ever/, et...voila! It worked! And you moved. Okay. Now, for the actual site..it's a cute, simple layout. I suggest making your links smaller..maybe find a color value closer to the light blue in your title..if you need an RGB color code chart, e-mail me and I'll gladly assist you there.
::Information::-Ah, a new layout. Well, it's simple and it works. Lots of information here..I looked through it..from what I saw, it appeared correct. Nice mentioning Seiya as character of the month. I liked that. ^_^
::Pictures and Fanart::-Artbooks..woohoo! I love the collection of Sailormoon artbooks..rare images! Wow! I'm impressed in this section of your site. Character images..okay, I've seen all of these before. But it's nice that you haven't overcrowded the area with too many.
::Fun Stuff::-The title is surprisingly appropriate! I really liked this area..I had fun with the Kisake dolls. Nice! Again, the only thing I can complain about is that it'd look cute if the links were smaller and lightly colored to give some 'poof' to the site..not much to complain about.
::Misc::-I love the Fanfiction area...the other areas are decent looking as well. Not much to say as far as constructive critisism goes.
::Site-The Usual Stuff::-Wow! Setsuna is overall very impressed with the fact that all your sections are categorized in your site...wonderful. You gave credit as well. It'd be nice to mention where exactly you took what from listed by each link..but the fact that you at least put that up is nice.
::Additional Comments::-I really enjoyed this site...you have a little bit of everything here, there's decent loading time, well proportioned images and good, organized content. I'll be coming back to this website again.

Main: The layout is very cute. It takes a little time
to load but, it's not to bad. The picture of Usagi is
very cute. Navigation is very simple and effective.
Info: I would change this to information, it's just
easier for people who don't speak English normally (I
just like it better too). Also the background is very
cute. I like how it all ties in.
-Sailormoon Guide for Newbies: Use a title tag on this
page it makes it easier to find if you have more than
one window. When you say "five seasons" it should be
changed to "5 seasons", everything else is like that.
The character reference is very nice. You should tell
a little about the character so they could also use
their personality as a way to be sure.
-Dub Info: Again I would change it to information.
-The Characters/Serena: It's very nice how you stay
inside what the dub has done.
-The Characters/Raye: I would put a "/evil spirits
begone" after Mars Fireball Charge, because that's
what it's been changed to. Also you forgot to put a
"/" between Raye and Sailor Mars. Also Raye's last
name is Hino
-The Characters/Amy Anderson: I would put the number
of the episode when her attack was changed for the
first time.
-The Characters/Lita: You also want to put something
about her attack being changed countless times.
-The Characters/Mina: Kunzite should be changed to
Malachite because your talking about the dub.
-The Characters/Amara and Michelle: Very nice.
Neptune's attack has also just been Deep Submerge.
-The Characters/Rini: Very nice! The picture there is
really cute.
-The Characters/Trista: I would center
"Transformations And Attacks".
-Episode List: You don't have the S up yet but that's
okay it just ended.
-Missing Episodes: Very nice. You have all the
episodes that were cut. I would make the font at the
top a little smaller.
-Differences Between Dub and Anime: Good! Later if you
add the outer senshi/scouts you should put CWI dub,
also Jupiter has a different CWI attack.
S Dub: I would put another copy of that into the
episode list. If people are looking for a name of and
episode in the S dub that's were they would look.
The Voices: The link isn't working.
Changes in the SMS Dub: Wow! I didn't catch many of
those. You have a very watchful eye.
Anime Info: Characters:
The link to the picture of Moon Gorgeous Meditation is
broken. Saturn does have a henshin once, very short,
but it is there. The rest are very nice.
Season Summaries: Very nice! No wrong information.
Villains: The Anima-Mates: Good information! I love
the Anima-Mates there so cool!
Movies: R: I love Fiore *drool*. Why did he have to
leave *sob*. Anyway the information is good.
Tokyo Map: Very original. You think it wouldn't be but
I've never seen one of these before. All the
information is right too! Your very good at this.
Seiyuu: Very nice. Maybe some stats on the seiyuu's. I
think Chibi-Usa's seiyuu played Usagi when her seiyuu
got sick.
TV Specials: Good information again. I don't know a
lot about the TV Specials never having seen them
myself. But you sound like you know what your talking
about.
Manga Info:
The summary's are very nice and extensive. Kudos for
that! The senshi's profiles are all very nice. I
would take the center tag off the intro and
information and just use it for the important events.
The link to Kakyuu's profile is broken. The
differences between anime and manga are good. You left
out that there are no SailorStar(planet name here)
senshi in the ainime. Nice information on Mixx.
SM Around the World: No idea what the words mean, but
that okay!
I'm just going to do the rest in one big review: Very
nice information about the blood types you give credit
there which is nice. The character of the month is
very nice. The senshi letters are very nice. The
article about the differences in the fuku's is very
well thought out. The items guide is very big I would
never be able to finish that in a million years. The
myths is good just to tell the newbies what's what.
The unanswered questions most of them something I've
always wanted to know myself. The terms page is really
great! When I was a newbie I had to figure them out
all by myself *sniff*. The info section is done! And
it only took me two pages *dies*. That's a lot of
information you should be very proud of yourself.
Pictures: Very nice! I like how you have them
separated by character and then anime and manga. So
people can find exactly what they are looking for. No
gallery for Chibi-Usa. Everyone loves Chibi-Usa or at
least they should.
Fun Stuff: Cool! I love the what were you in your past
life thing I was female in North New Zealand and was
an artist, magician, or a fortune teller. So much to
do! Nothings broken either!
Misc.: The rants are very nice! Well thought out. You
don't just rant because your pissed you take time to
think things through. You don't have any creative
Chibi-Usa titles in your web page help. What about
Meatball Head for a Sailormoon shrine. The rest of the
tips are very good. The nice linking to where you can
buy Sailormoon stuff. Recommending other animes and
mangas is nice too.
Site: All very nice, and clear. Good job on this
section.
In Closing: You have a very nice site. It's very
informative, nicely presented and you have everything
easy to get at. Also how you dived things is well
though out. I would add back buttons but that's about
it. You have a wonderful site, I hope you do well.
