Tenchi the Movie 2 is a story about a witch that yosho knew when he was little on the planet jurei. The witch oviously has a grudge held against yosho, and she sends a clone to destroy Tenchi in the present day. The only thing that backfires, is that this clone starts to like the Tenchi gang, and gets confused on her mission.
Picture the original Tenchi Muyo animation, and multiply it by 3, and you have the animation for this movie. Like always, the character animation is great, and the scenery is almost perfect. Throw in some fast action sequences at the end, and you have top notch animation!
The great cast that is Tenchi Muyo, and add the carefree, and lovable Miuka, and you have the most entertaining anime characters to date!
Like the other movies the Sound effects are very crisp and real sounding. There is also a great mix of songs throughout the movie that add some pazazz to the whole picture. And don't forget the amazing voice actors! (Especialy Miuka!)
Alost every part of this movie that has Miuka in it is either funny, or action packed, and the rest of it is filled with always humerous Tenchi characters. I also think that this is the Tenchi movie with the most action in it.

Final Thought Of all of the Tenchi Movies, I think i have watched this one the most. It's a movie that you can watch over and over again, and laugh every time. |
