Villains tended to escape from prison and start their reign of terror all over again, so, in light of that fact, it was eventually decreed that a new approach had to be made in regard to them. Mind control was still a taboo idea in the eyes of the public, even in regard to the treatment of villains, but it was decided that, if not a complete brainwashing (so to speak), then at least some significant changes needed to be made. One such change was the removal of all knowledge and skills that could be used to do harm and injustice to others, and in their place would be knowledge and skills beneficial for others. But that didn't necessarily mean that they would use their new knowledge and skills wisely, as Joshua could attest. They couldn't change their personality, as he well knew: they could only alter some information. Other than that they could alter the body in any way that was acceptable as a human form, as they had done to the guy-turned-girl that he was now watching over. Whom he found to be somewhat disturbing. "Argh!" The ex-villain cried. "Is that it!? Jamie want big boom!" |
