Americian Fuzzy Lop
This is one of the less known lops. They wiegh about 4 lbs.and have broad bulldog like faces and a body that resembles the shape of a baseball. The wool is a little shorter than an angora (3 1/2 in.),and comes in two colors, solid and broken. Fuzzy lops personalities vary but most of them are very curious and some times mischivious.
Dutch
Dutch are currently one of if not the most popular of fancy breeds. They are somewhat small weighing in at 4-5 lbs,and are nicly bulit with a slightly cobby body and distictive markings. The dutch are mostly a gentle breed which is probably why they are such good pets. The colors for Dutch are black, blue, chocolate, brown gray, steel and tortoise.
Californians
Cals,as they are called by many of there breeders, where designed to be a fast growing meat breed. They weigh 8-10 lbs.and are of med. body length with full sholders,a good wide midsection and round full hinquarters. The with of this rabbit should approxamently equal the depth. All californians are white with dark sepia, almost black points.
Satins
Satins are mainly raised for thier fur witch has a distictive satin sheen, thus the name. They come in 10 different colors including black, blue, californian, chinchilla, chocolate, copper, red,
siamese, white and broken.Bucks weigh about 9 1/2 lbs. does about 10 1/2 lbs. Most satins are timid, but friendly.
