He gives you a senzu plant dx. and 3 senzu beans. And he will upgrade your nimbus (only if you have 1) by one.

With his permision you can train in the room of Spirit and time. in that room you can train as long as your pl allowes you.(go to levels)
King Kai
When you are dead stop by king kai. youll have lots of fun chasing gregory who teaches you kaioken attack and bubbles who gives you a ton of speed. hehe then you get to learn the ultamite spirit bomb!!!
It takes 3 days to get there without shunkan idou, 2 days chasing gregory, 3 days learning spirit bomb, 2 days chasing bubbles, 4 days learning kaioken attack.
That comes out to..... 2 weeks. Its worth it dont you think?

If you train under him for four days u learn his fusion technique. and you also get:

He gives you 20,000 ki!!!!! He turns you into a majjin but when you are a majjin you are under his command for 2 weeks when you must do what he says.
