Apparently, Funimation has licensed Dragonball Z to a gaming company so that they can turn it into a game. The game will run online, and as we hear, it will use the same engine Quake used. So you know the graphics will be good. You can play the game online against friends or you can just play the one player mode. You can choose from tons of different characters including: Freeza, Ghoku, Gohan, Piccolo and the rest of the gang. Since Bandai rejected FUNimations request to send more "Dragon Ball GT: Final Bout" games to the U.S., FUNimation decided to license the name to a different company. The game is set to release 2001 (this year) around Christmas. I don't know about you, but I'll be looking for it! We have some screen shots below. Screen Shots |
