The story takes place in 30th Century Crystal Tokyo. Rini Has just returned from the past after helping to defeat the Doom Phantom. All the Damage to Crystal Tokyo has been repaired, and things are just as they were before. The 4 Sailors are the Guardians of the Royal family and Sailor Pluto is back at the Time gate.
