There are seven Dragon Balls. When all seven dragon balls are together, you can summon the dragon. The dragon could grant you one wish. But it cannot grant wishes that are greater than the power of their creator and they cannot grant the same wish twice. The Earth's dragon balls are created by Kami. The original dragon balls were created on Namek. The Nameks are peaceful people who can restore limbs that were lost in a battle.
