The house is fully equipped with colour TV, M-Net (cable), VCR, Hi-Fi, washing machine,dish washer, tumble dryer, microwave and a pool and garden service. Linen and house keeping are supplied as standard. Additional features include: Lounge and sitting room with ocean views, separate dining area with seating for 8, off street parking, fax machine, barbeque.

There is also a self contained 1 bedroom apartment adjoining the house which is available to let individually or with the main house.

We are10 minutes from Hout Bay and about an hour from Cape Point

The V&A Waterfront is 10 minutes by car for an impressive array of entertainment, shops, restaurants, movies, oceanarium, harbour cruises and museums.

The Heerengracht Gardens and Parliament are 5 minutes away with their National Art Gallery and Museum as well as the Labia Art Gallery.
