. Sailor Pluto didn't have enough power to re-incarnate the senshi exactly as they were in thier old lives. She wasn't that strong and she didn't have the help of the Imperium Crystal(I can't spell it's other name). So, each senshi recieved a new name, a new look and a new personality. But, when they transform, they revert to thier old appearances. Even Pluto could not erase that from thier souls.
. The second SilverMillenium is exactly like the first, with one addition. There are the extremely RARE automobile or other vehicle. They are extremely rare. And the technology is better then it ever was in the first SilverMillenium.
Each senshi's henshi wand is SILVER, with thier symbol ontop.
