Anime Mid-Atlantic 2002. My first year at a different con, and my first year with friends at a con. Oh, it was so nice. When I first saw Madi, Ojo and the rest of the group, those two GRABBED me (kidnapped me!) and hauled me up to their room. I was so happy. I was so hyper. It was crazy. I spent about 90% of my time with them, even sleeping in their already crowded room. Booya! Here's a paste from my journal entry, post con:

I just got back from the con today. It was AWESOME (piko-piko~!)! Waaahaa... So many pictures of cute peoples and cosplayers, so much bought stuff. Oh yeah, I bought stuff!

   I bought an Angel Sanctuary wallscroll-- it's got Setsuna in the front with full wingspread with the face of Rosiel above him in the background. Hnh. I'll take a picture of it for you. I also got an Angelique pencil board-- it was one of the only Angelique things they had. I also got a Mel pin. I was gonna get a Charlie one, but I ran out of money on the groundfloor because I bought some chick's art. I didn't want to go up and get more, so I just let it go.

   I also commissioned the nice people at Dragon Den Unlimited to draw me Lumiale. It's going to be a full color picture of him (made with Prismacolor markers.. Nyao~~!). That Vash guy was coooooooooooool. I saw Nekoi from Psy-Doll too. She doesn't speak any English at all, I think. They also had a DDR Tournament. The guy who won was awesome-- he had long brunette hair and he worked at Applebees. He could also kick major ass at 5th Mix.
