Ok, this will be a mock fight between Gohan and Goten .  I use these two as they were equal in both power and moves at the start of the RPG.  Ok, both of their stats: HP:300 M/B:20 AP:100 A:20 MP:300
Moves: KHH, Devil Blast, laser eyes, tri form

Ok, as they are even I'll just have Gohan go first.  He starts off with a laser eyes.  His A=20+50(# added when calculating if an attack hits) - 20 (Goten's M/B level) =50 + 20% (in text of attack) = 60.  60 is >10 so the attack will hit.  10% of 100 AP = 10 so add 10+200 (damage of attack) -20 (M/B) =190 damage for the attack.  This takes 100 MP Gohan is down to 200 MP. 

Goten Takes hit.  He goes down to 110 HP.
Goten Does a laser eyes.  (This is the same stats so I won't repeat it)

Gohan takes hit, he is down to 110 HP  He does a Jump kick.  It will hit as it has the same calculations as other attacks so far.   The damage is 15 as 35 (attack damage) -20 (M/B of Goten).

Goten takes the hit, he is down to  95 HP  he does a Devil's Blast.  It will hit.  The damage is 330.

Gohan blocks the blast but still receives 290 damage, Gohan dies. 
The winner is Goten.
