This is How you play in the chatrooms , when you get in their click on the "bold font symbol" and it will make your font bold , so this is what you do when you doing something in motion like for Ex: trains,you also use this when you spar,fight or search for dragonballs. The regular lettering is for talking, when you talk thats considering to be training, so for the whole time your in the chat room you don't have to say "trains" or something else, you can talk to other members your stats will be raised every 10 min(look at Powerlevel pg)just like you would be doing typing in "trains or trains harder"
