TRUNKS GETS LOST


Vegeta sits out back deciding to accually take a break today. He had finally succeeded to go super saiyan a few years ago and now his new goal was... super saiyan 2. He sits in a nearby lawn chair basking in the warm sun with his arms tightly crossed. He opens one of his closed eyes and watches Bulma swim around in the pool. He grins to himself getting a dirty idea into his head and decides he to would take a dip.
Bulma sighs with relief and lays her head back to soak her hair and enjoy the warmth of the sun against her pale skin. Suddenly she feels a sharp tug on her ankle and she gasps while whirling around to find the pool empty. "hmmmmm....oi, yer losin' it Bulma.." She takes a breath and prepares to hoist herself out of the water but before she could react she was yanked into the water where her lips met someone else's. By the way the person kissed she immediately knew it was Vegeta and for nearly a minute they shared each other's breath. She opens her eyes and she stares eye to eye with Vegeta who smiled mischievously at her.

A little 4 year old Trunks plays in a field with Goten, chasing butterflies.
Goku stands nearby watching with a smile as the two children squeeled with laughter.
He remembers when he returned from heaven and found that Chi Chi had had him another son. He vowed to make it up to Chi Chi by spending as much time as he could with Goten. He walks over to his 3 year old son who was grinning big. A butterfly had settled onto the tip of his nose and he stared at it crosseyed. "Daddie Daddie! Lookie what's on my nose! See!"
Goku laughed and took the butterfly onto his finger and Trunks ran over to investigate.
"OOooo, pretty butterfly! To bad the last time I caught one papa killed it," Trunks replied with a hint of remorse.
Goku smiles at Trunks,"that's okay Trunks, your dad is just a bit cranky thats all." He looks over to see Bulma and Vegeta in the pool together. "They just needed some time alone..that's all," he thinks.

Bulma goes back to the surface taking in deep breaths before Vegeta once again tugged her under to kiss her. He wraps his arms around her and shares her warm breath with his. He then slowly rises and breaths in the fresh air then meets Bulma's big blue eyes.
She was staring at him with a big smile a bit shocked. "That is the most attention you'v given me in....so long Vege-chan. I.."
Vegeta kisses her once more savoring the taste of her tongue intertwined with his. He knew he had been neglecting Bulma for much too long and all the love and lust he had for her had finally surfaced and now he didn't want to let go. He didn't want this wonderful moment to end...not just yet. He pulls away and eyes the diving board. He'd always wanted to try out that bouncing board. It interested him when he would watch Bulma and Goku jump off it into the water. No matter how clumpsy he would probably look or feel he wanted to try it out. He swims to the edge of the pool leaving Bulma in wonder.
She frowns wishing that the romantic moment that they had shared hadn't ended yet. "Where are you going Vegeta?"
"Nowhere." He gets out of the water and walks over to the diving board and climbs up the latter to the high dive. He walks close to the edge and testing it with a little hop. "What's this thing called again?"
"A diving board."
Vegeta looks down into the water and stands there thinking.
"Your supposed to bounce on it and jump off," she called up to him.
"I know that you Baka! I was just thinking."
"Mmmhmmmm and monkey's fly out my ass!"
Vegeta gives her a weird look. "Monkey's do what?"
"Nevermind, just jump! Don't be afraid to try it for the first time. It's fun!"
Vegeta gives it another nervous bounce.
"We aren't chicken are we? BUCKBUGAAAGH!"
Vegeta stares angrily at her. "You're mocking me!"
"Just jump damnit!"
Vegeta backs up and remembers what he was taught as a child. He then jumps high into the air. He fell doing a graceful double flip and turn down into the water with a neat little slash.
Bulma's mouth hung open. She was definitely impressed.
Vegeta surfaces with an evil grin plastered on his face. "Now what was that about me being chicken?"
"N..nothing.."
"Thats what I thought."
Chapter 2

Bulma swims over to the side of the pool and boosts herself up. She climbs the highdive and looks over into the field. She sees Goku and the kids wrestling and laughing and she smiles. "Goku is so good with kids." She cups her hands around her mouth and yells out,"HEY GOKU! DO YA WANNA SWIM TOO?!"
Goku stops and grins big and yells back. "SAGOI! I'LL BE RIGHT OVER!"
Bulma stares down at Vegeta knowing he would'nt agree with her invitation to Goku.
He gives her a look that said, I know you just didn't ask Kakarott over.
"Yes I invited him over so you better get that stupid frown off your face and welcome him! He's MY friend!" She dives down and swims up to the annoyed saiyan. She runs her fingers through his unruly hair and gives him a sad puppy face. "Come on Vege-chan..smile.."
"Woman, how can I smile when that fool is coming to spoil it all."
"Awww come on Veggie-chan have fun with me!"
Suddenly out of nowhere a yell rings out. "GERONIMOOOOOO!"
A large splash washes over Bulma and Vegeta.
Vegeta grits his teeth,"DAMNIT KAKAROTT! WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE SO...SO...ANNOYING!"
Goku surfaces and gives him a dopey grin. "Just havin' fun."
Bulma laughes and gives Goku a playful punch. "Your so funny Goku.."
Trunks and Goten come out the back door and occupy themselves with the swingset nearby.
Bulma swims away from Vegeta and joins Goku in a splashing game.
Vegeta sighs and wishes Bulma hadn't gone away. He was still feeling lonely and he wanted to spend some time with her. "Stupid Kakarott..he's such a bak.." Suddenly he is splashed in the face and he chokes on the water going into a coughing fit. He comes face to face with a Bulma who ment what she did and swims away hoping to get Vegeta to join in. He gives her an evil grin and swims after her. He caught up with her and gives her a big splash in the face. He realizes he and Goku where both laughing when Bulma came up coughing and sputtering. He realizes what he's doing but doesn't stop.. he truly WAS having fun.

Trunks gets off of the swing and runs over Goten who was making his way down the slide with a big dopey grin like his father. "Hey Goten, do ya want to do some exploring?"
Goten grins wide and nods.
Trunks pulls his friend to the gate's door while making sure his parents and Goku didn't see them. He reaches up on his tip toes and flips up the latch and walks into the woods. "Papa tells me there's lots of wild beasts out here that could eat us," he exclaims.
Goten's smile widens,"sagoi, lets find one! Goha told be once there was dragons in there and he used to have one as a pet. Mama wouldn't let him keep it but daddy said he could!"
"Lets go find a dragon! I like Dragons! They breath fire and have sharp claws like in the books!"
"Dragons are cool!," Goten squeels.
"SHHH!" Trunks whispers, "Do you want them to hear us?"
Goten shakes his head.
"Then lets hurry! I wanna have a pet dragon too!"
The two children bound off into the woods to go on their little hunt.

Vegeta pulls himself out of the pool enjoying the heat of the day. He reaches for a towel to dry himself and then wonder's what happened to the children's happy squeeling. He turns his head to find the gate's door open to the dark woods that sat closeby. He turns angrily to Bulma and Goku, a vein popping in his forhead. "The damn brats are missing!!!"
Bulma stops and stares at Vegeta. "Your joking right?"
"Damnit this isn't a joke!!!!"
Goku stops and looks as confused as he deserves to be. "Gee, I didn't even realize they were missing."
"THATS BECAUSE YOUR TOO DAMN STUPID," Vegeta screams.
Goku shrugs off the insult and gets out of the pool. "Don't worry we'll find them."
"RRRRRRRR," Vegeta growls and starts to runs over and hit Goku but Bulma stops him.
"Hey..Hey...let's not result into violence now. We need to find them first then fight later okay?"
Vegeta shakes her grip away and storms into the living quarters to his and Bulma's bedroom. He throws on his jeans, tank top and gold tipped boots and opens the window. He flies out to search for them himself knowing that the police were too stupid to care. "I bet this was Kakarott's brat's idea!" What he didn't know was that it was just the opposite.
