A wish is made and suddenly Bulma and the others are trasported to the planet Earth. Everyone that had been killed by Freiza are back alive and now wondering what to do next.
Bulma looks around her and spots Gohan and runs over to him and hugs him tightly. "Oh Gohan, I thought we were goners for sure!"
Gohan smiles and laughs. "Im okay Bulma but Krillan isn't here...he's..still dead."
Bulma sighs and there is a moment of silence. Suddenly she remembers Vegeta and she stands up and turns around in circles looking for him.
Vegeta looks up at the blue sky above him. "H..how did I get here?" He blinks and realizes that he is planet Earth and he looks around him and realizes he is laying down in a grassy meadow. He sits up, remembering that he had almost shot Freiza before disappearing and comeing here. "Kakarotto must still be on Namek fighting him. Hmmph, he gets to have all the fun and I have to sit here on my ass and wonder." He jerks his head towards a voice that he thought he'd never hear again. He'd died trying to explain to Goku about his planet and his childhood as he tried calling to Bulma in his head at the same time. He had seen her at the corner of his eye, crying and sobbing his name in a nearly inaudible voice and he had smiles as tear flooded his eyes and then he died. And there it was, the source of the voice. Bulma sat at Gohan's side and she was on the verge of tears because she couldn't find him. Vegeta just couldn't move, he was still in a bit of shock when Piccolo looked down at him, Vegeta just blinks, in a daze. Wondering if he was still dead.
"He's over here Bulma. He looks like he's in shock though."
Bulma runs over and looks down at Vegeta who was finally getting his head clear enough.
Vegeta sits up with a grunt and scowls at Piccolo. "Hmmph, what are you looking at?"
Piccolo walks away to join the other Namekans in conversation. He turns to Bulma who seemed afraid to touch him and her fingers hovered over his leg.
"I'm very real Bulma," Vegeta replies in a whisper. "I think I was wished back."
Bulma nods and blushes as Vegeta took her had in his and squeezes it.
Their faces are so close together that their lips were almost touching and their eyes locked.
Bulma blinks when she hears Gohan calling her name and she realizes everyone is staring at them and Vegeta backs away and stands up.
He wobbles a little, regaining his balance and can feeling the blood rushing up his neck and to his cheeks. I came close to kissing her and in front of all those...hmmph weaklings.
Bulma grins. "Hey, I'm going to call my father so he can take you guys to my place to stay. Capsule Corp. is huge and you all will like it better than staying in the city. What about you Vegeta? Do you want to stay at my place?"
Vegeta looks at her and nods. "Whatever, I guess I have no choice."
"I'll have a gravity machine made for you so you can train Vegeta, alright, but you'll have to wait a few days.
Vegeta grunts in response and takes a seat under a shady tree.
When Mr. Briefs arrives with the ship to carry everyone home Chi Chi bolts outside and greets her son with teary eyes and a hug.
Bulma smiles and looks around as everyone is greeted by their loved ones and boarding the ship, but she remembers Yumcha, the cheating skank he was. She'd seen him kissing all over some dumb blond on a night that he'd canceled one of their dates. She'd gotten so angry that she told him she'd never wanted to see him again. Now here she stood all alone, only her parents to give her hugs and kisses of joy and no knight in shinning armor to sweep her off her feet.
Vegeta glares at Bulma, wondering how she was going to get home he grins. I'v got an idea.
Bulma feels someone sweeping her off her feet.Oh wait, I DO have a knight in shinning armor! WEEE! Bulma looks up and her eyes lock with Vegeta who was carrying her in his arms and beginning to hover off the ground. "Ready to take flight? Hold on woman, it's going to be a bumpy ride."
Bulma grins devilishly at Vegeta and wraps her arms around Vegeta. "I'v had worse flights on a hovercraft Vegeta...I can take the heat."
"I like that in a woman," Vegeta replies. His lips so close to her she could feel his sweet breath on her cheek.
Gohan stares in shock at the scene between Vegeta and Bulma while all the nameks including Piccolo weren't surprised.
"M...Mr. Piccolo, I can't believe what I'm seeing. Vegeta and Bulma?"
Piccolo frowns, "seems that way."
Vegeta blasts off into the air at top speed with Bulma hanging on tightly. He holds her frail body close to his and he knew that she would be his mate. He would bond with her tonight if the time was right and he nods and makes a turn were Bulma showed him to go.
When they are almost there Vegeta stops and Bulma looks at him questioningly. "V..Vegeta what are you doing?"
Vegeta smirks and laughs, "I'm going to teach you to fly."
"Naniiiiii!" Bulma's eyes widen and she squirms in his arms a little.
"It's not that hard, you just have to trust me Bulma."
Bulma stares into his coal black eyes and knew that he'd never drop her and she nods.
"Take my hand."
Bulma does as she is told and squeezes his hand...tightly.
Vegeta releases her and lets her hang there. "Now, I want you to concentrate on the ki within you and bring it out by imagining yourself flying. Just concentrate on it and let nothing else distract you."
Bulma whimpers. "That's going to be hard when I'm hanging in air like this.."
"JUST DO IT!"
Bulma flinches when he yelled her, but she begins to concentrate on what he told her to do. After what seemed like an eternity she opens her eyes and realizes that she has a blue aura like Vegeta and she was no longer holding his hand and she was...flying!
"Oh Kami! I..I'm flying," Bulma gasps. she looks over at Vegeta who is smiling now.
"I told you to trust me."
Bulma nods and takes his hand again and they fly over to Capsule Corp together.
