Chapter Eight: Working Girl


I sighed as I finished eating the animal Bardock had killed for our dinner. I sighed as I threw the bone I had been gnawing onto a huge pile of bones.
“Wow! That was good,” I said as I wiped my mouth clean and I smiled at my mate. He threw the last bone on the pile and he came over to me, wrapping me in his arms.
“We better head back to the city, we have to report for duty tomorrow morning,” he said as he began to nibble on my neck and I purred as I snaked my tail around his waist.
“We won’t get far if you keep that up,” I laughed as I nipped at his chin. He chuckled as he let go of me and I release him from my tail. “You’re right, Bardock, I have to get my first assignment from Nappa in the morning.”
“This way Kayisha,” he said as he began to lead me back home, even though I knew the way. I felt his tail wrap around my waist and I wrapped mine around his wrist. We flew right to his chamber and I ran to mine, to pick up a few of my personal items and get dressed before I returned to his room. As I was returning I stopped at the lab I ‘come through’ in and I looked at the view screen. I kissed my fingertips and pressed them to the screen.
“Sorry, Mom, Dad, I love you and you’ll always be in my heart,” I whispered as I walked to the door and aimed a ki blast. “I’ll miss you.” I threw the blast and began to run to Bardock’s chamber. The lab exploded into hundreds of pieces and I didn’t look back as I returned to my mate, the only thing that mattered in this cruel hard world that was now my home. Bardock smiled as he saw I had brought all my things. I smiled right back at him and began to strip, his tail flickering at his side as he sat on the edge of the bed. I was completely naked as I sauntered over to Bardock and I was going to let him screw my brains out. When I was making love to Bardock, I didn’t think about anything, but him. I purred into his ear as I pulled him close and began to nibble and lick over his shoulders and neck. He chuckled and grabbed me, threw me onto the bed. He climbed over me and I forgot everything but the pleasure he was giving me.
I sighed as I got up to find the bed empty. I took a shower and got dressed in a light blue armor that matched my eyes. I ran down the hall to report to Nappa with plenty of time to spare. I tried not to snicker as I watched him holding the screaming Prince. I shook my head and took the infant from him and he blushed as I chuckled. I rocked Prince Vegeta and bounced him in my arms. He stopped crying, but he looked as if he was going to start again so I used my tail to tickle him in the face and he laughed. He tried to grab it, but I pulled it to safety from his prying fingers.
“Why does he stop crying for you, but not me?” Nappa growled and I chuckled as I looked at him.
“Because I was with his mother while she was ready to give birth, I was the first person to feed him. He already sees me as a source of food and every Saiyan LOVES a source of food,” I said as I cuddled the baby to my chest and cooed at him.
“You seem to be having better luck with my son than Nappa has,” King Vegeta laughed as he entered the room.
“My King,” I bowed as I held his son.
“Maybe I should take you as Prince Vegeta’s caretaker while I stay with Freeza,” the King said as he looked at Nappa. “Nappa would you be insulted if I gave the job of taking care of my son to Mabelle here? I don’t want to offend you, old friend.”
“Not at all, my King, just the opposite. No offense to you but that infant was going to drive me up the wall,” he smiled as he realized that he was going to be free of caring for an infant.
“Well if I’m going to be part of your trip with Freeza I should tell you I have a new name,” I said as I continued to bounce the baby in my arms.
“Really, what would that be?” King Vegeta asked as he turned to me.
“Kayisha,” I said as I looked down at the infant in my arms, taking in his newborn scent.
“Kayisha, hmmm, Bardock must have named you that,” the King laughed as he turned to leave. “Follow me.” I complied, caring the infant with me. The King led me down the hallway and began to talk. “Originally Nappa was suppose to come with me with the young Prince, but since you have a way with young Vegeta, I think you would be better as my ambassador to Freeza’s ship. We will be leaving in the morning and you will be coming with me.”
“Yes my King,” I said as I looked down at the infant in my arms. “What should I do with the young Prince?” ,br> “Take him with you, you have to get used to him and him to you. I’ll have a crib delivered to Bardock’s chamber,” he said as he disappeared into a room and I sighed as I looked at the infant in my arms.,br> “For a newborn you look about the size of a yearling,” I said as I carried the baby into the room with me. I arrived and looked at the crib that had been delivered in the time it took me to reach our room.
“Bardock are you here?” I called as I set the infant Prince in the crib and looked around for my mate. I sensed a ki nearby that felt like him, but I couldn’t find it. I growled as I looked around for Bardock.
“Kayisha! What are you doing in here?” he asked and I turned to see him behind me. I hadn’t sensed him, but now I felt his ki and the ki that was like his.
“What the hell is going on?” I growled as I tried to figure out the ki I was sensing. I rubbed my stomach and I could sense the ki better and then I realized it. I pressed both my hands over my stomach and then I gasped as I felt it. I grabbed Bardock’s hand and held it over my womb. His eyes opened wide in shock and he smiled at me as he nibbled on my nose. I smiled as I looked at his eyes and saw the pride in them.
“A CHILD!” he cried and I laughed as he let go of my nose and lifted me up in his arms and swung me around. I love you Kayisha! His mind whispered into mine and I saddened.
“There’s more I have to tell you. I was chosen to accompany the King on his voyage with Freeza,” I said as I looked into his eyes and saw the realization and sadness there.
“When do you leave?” he asked and I stroked his face as I looked into his black eyes.
“Tomorrow morning, but we have till then to say good bye,” and I bit his neck where my mark was before. Lapping at the blood that came from it, her growled and threw me onto the bed and growled as he joined me. We spent a lot of time together.
Wow, that was fun! Well what’s going to happen now, I have to go off and baby-sit the future Strongest Warrior in the Universe (at least in the Bippity Saga). Next time on Dragon Ball YWBT I meet the renowned Freeza and find out how much of a pain in the ass that baby can be. See you around! ^_-
