Careful, this is gonna be a long one...
During the last update, I wrote "Togashi is back after his LONG break, so the site is not Admin-less.". This sentence had been true until the day before that update. On the day of the update, Togashi had already been gone again. Whoop-dee-fucking-doo.
So I'll do the updating until Toga decides to show up again for a few days. This means that the updates will be rare, but huge. I apologize for the lack of regular updates, but my schedule doesn't magically re-arrange itself just because I have a site to update.
In related notes, I would like to thank all the people who sent me mails or commented in the thread I made on the board when I "left". :)
However, and this is important, don't stop sending me stuff. This might sound trivial, but surprisingly many people say or think "There has not been an update in a while, I will not send my stuff (alternatively with the addition: until the site updates again)."
I honestly don't know what causes people to think that "My stuff will appear late" is so much worse than "My stuff will not appear at all" or "My stuff will appear EVEN later". I would rather think: "The sooner I send it in, the sooner it gets onto the site."
I could name a few examples now. Like a certain artist with many comments who only comes to the board to bitch about the update delay instead of sending in his new pictures. But I won't. ^_~
So please send in your pictures and lemons. They will not be ignored; and once the site updates, several hundred people (the newsletter alone has 740+ subscribers!) will view them. Sounds great? Hell, yeah.
Speaking of "new stuff"... there is quite a bit this time!
New authors! Say hello to Anonmon, Archaon, Gabu Matt Blue, Kleiner, Lufidramon, Mister Big T, Saliem, shadowfox, Weasel, XtaSy, and Zougeiromon. *WHEEZE* Whoa! Whole bunch of new authors! But there's more!
New lemons! Anonymousmon, Doc Icenogle, GunmonCJ, Lord Patamon, Moonstone, Paladin-Sephiroth, Rena Tamer, and Zakuyoe have sent in much new stuff to read!
Then there are a few people who I'd like to mention in detail...
Wisemon has revised and completed his "Alternate Ending" series!
Da WOLFE's "Lost in the Woods" series has also been completed, and he already started his new series, "Stolen"!
Red Rover... still hasn't sent in the missing parts (five and six) of the Talisman series, but sent in a new part (eight)! ^^;;; (Note to him and his editor: Please read the Submission page; if the couple isn't given in the first part of the lemon, please include it in the mail.)
ART TIME! ART TIME! Whooooooooo! *falls off chair*
New pictures from AX, Boss Reo, Clarence T, Kanmeros, Marisu Nea Darkness, Moonstone, Rena Tamer, TrickYAH, and ZIK! Yes, that's a high quality list right there, and all pictures are pretty sweet :)
But it gets better, with the artist in today's focus:
Sakura02 joins as a new and a VERY talented artist! One of her pictures made me think "Yes, writing lemons is hard work, but it's also quite enjoyable..." =D
There have also been MANY comments, but I haven't gotten around to include them yet, sorry for that! ^^;
Finally... there are the dojins/doujinshi/mangas. *light frown*
A lot has happened in the past three months, and I have done quite a bit of thinking. The bottom line of all this is... I took down the Japanese dojins out of respect for the hard-working artists we ripped off by distributing their artwork without permission. A more detailed explanation for this removal can be found on the Manga Page. Please read it before you comment or rant. Also note that the mangas created and submitted by community members are still there.
