Ordering Online

Ordering online is secure and easy with CCNow. Just fill your shopping cart, check out, and pay with your credit card. You will be notified by e-mail when we receive your order from CCNow.

CCNow has been awarded the HackerSafe certification. Sites that display the HackerSafe logo have passed over 2,500 individual tests, including the FBI’s Top Twenty Most Critical Internet Security Vulnerabilities Test, on a daily basis. HackerSafe sites are also certified to meet the security requirements of American Express’ Data Security and MasterCards’ Site Data Protection (SDP) programs.

Ordering By Mail

Ordering by mail is easy! Just print out this order form, complete it, and mail it with your check or money order. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is received.

Note: You must have Adobe Reader to download this form. If you do not have Adobe Reader, click on the Adobe icon to download it for free.

Order Processing

Orders are acknowledged by e-mail when they are received. If there will be a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you by e-mail.

Gift Orders

At your request, we will be happy to ship your gifts directly to the recipients, along with a gift card indicating that the gift came from you. We can also include a special message from you if you choose.

If you are ordering through CCNow, indicate the name and address of the person to whom the gift will be sent in the "Special Instructions" box. If you wish to include a special message to the recipient, include that message as well.

If you are ordering by mail, fill out both the "Purchaser" information and the "Ship To" information on the order form. There is also a box where you can include your message to the recipient.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued for the full purchase price minus postage and handling. If you order through our online retailer CCNow, your refund will be processed by CCNow as a credit to the card you used to make your purchase. If you order by mail, we will issue your refund by check.
