My Dear Father in Heaven
 
Here I am dear Lord,
Thankful and truly grateful
For the blessings You've given.
Thank you, Father in heaven.
 
How I wish, Yo were here
Beside me as I ponder
About life's miseries,
And all these uncertainties.
 
My dear God in heaven,
Only you can vanish my fear,
I submit to You with repentance
I need Your love in abundance.
 
Guide me, O my lord in heaven,
So i may prove worthy of your love
Let me not wander in this wilderness
I need your guidance and gentleness.
 
With you, i can bear these tribulations,
You make me steadfast and strong
I shall struggle with this wretched world
Endure the trials, keep my hold.
 
Oh, my dear Father in heaven,
You are my rock, my true friend;
I offer you all my days
As i ask you to light my way.
