Welcome to my Web site!

My name is Maria A. French and I have moved to Mexico about eight years ago with my family, for the second time.  Our first time in Mexico was 17 years ago when my husband Jon French was transferred to Mexico from Washington.  That time, we both worked in the U.S. Embassy and lived in Mexico City for three years, until we had to move again back to the U.S. with my husband´s job, and this time to Houston, Texas where I have family - my mother´s sister and her family.   After moving every three years from one state to another, and from country to country, at last Houston become our permanent home and our two children went to great schools where I become very involved and we bought a precious house located in a lovely neighborhood.  I have great memories of Houston and I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about our six years in that great city and about my family.
