GTO live action really got me loving life, and the possibilities.

GTO live action
GTO live action, has to be the most beneficial and most awesome of the GTO saga. It is filled to the brim with emotions, that the Anime lacks and could have had. The live action, maybe even better than the Manga version. Yet, the live action being twelve episodes, one special, and one movie, it is hard to put all what the Manga has in the live action. There are lots of differences, but still retaining the focus of the Manga. Anyone who has seen the live action can tell you that they enjoy it very much, and if the same person saw the Anime and the live action, I am pretty sure they would like the live action much better.

If I can get some pictures of some of the actors, I will post them. I will post their head shots, but if I can get their entire body shot then I will try very hard to post them up. Mostly Aimi Nakamura....oooh she is a hottie. But I guess the first I will give a synopsis of how the live action plays out. Keeping the special and the movie separate.

.:Background Information:.

Former bike gang leader, former Onibaku, Eikichi Onizuka is becoming a teacher. Of course that made waves among his biker friends, but hey. Eikichi is known for trying everything and not giving up. But this challenge may be the one that may be an end to him. The Chairlady Sakurai, his sponsor, makes him take charge of the most torturous class of all of Holy Forest acadamy. Class 3-4. Of course, there is a back story of why these kids are the way they are. But it would only take Onizuka's will power, strength and luck to help him find out what is wrong with these students.

This is the general background, and it is almost the same in the live action.

The story starts out the same with the main character, and the story. Except, in the Anime and the Manga versions Onizuka wanted to become a teacher because of the girls, but in the live action, Onizuka really wants to become a teacher. But that is actually implied. In fact I can pretty much be guessing that Onizuka in the live action really wants to become a teacher because he wants to become one to help the students.

From the very first episode, if you are a veteran of the Anime and the Manga you can instantly spot a difference. Nanako, who would have been at Onizuka's student teaching job is now a main part of the cast in the live action. She is still the first, with her two friends, were the first to see that Onizuka is there to help, and not have a hidden agenda.

The entire reason of why the class went on a rampage is different as well. But telling you why and what is different would spoil it.

There is no Urumi Kanzaki! I was so disappointed when there was no person of Urumi's character. Although Rika in the special is close, she still is no Urumi Kanzaki.

Fuyutski in the Anime wants to teach, and go to school to teach, however only with the goading of Onizuka, Fuyutski in the live action is able to teach and work. But then again, both stay by their man when troubles come.

Uchiyamada's car was the Mercedes Benz, not the Cresta. But it is only once where it gets destroyed in the live action.
