Stacy was a scorer in Atlanta and currently he is just a defensive role player. He possesses great physical skills.

 Till 1991 Played college ball at UNLV.
 In the 1991 NBA Draft he was Selected by the Atlanta Hawks as 9th overall pick.
From 1991-92 to 1995-96 he played in Atlanta.
Traded to the Detroit Pistons in 1996-97 and to the Portland Trail Blazers in January 1997.
Till 2000-01 he played in Portland.

 In the 1988 Olympic Games he became the Bronze medalist with the US Team.
 He won the 1990 NCAA Championship with UNLV.
 From 1988 to 1991, he was named top defensive player in UNLV.

Professional: Against Golden State he scored NBA’s 6,000,000th point in 1992. In 1991-92 he was First Team All-NBA Rookie selection and the only first-year player in the league to start all 82 games. He ranks seventh on Atlanta’s all-time steals list (570). As a beginner he was Atlanta’s third-leading scorer (13.3), second-leading rebounder (5.1) and steals leader (1.5). For the Hawks he started 82 regular season and 11 playoff games.
