Here I go again. I am not exactly sure what people put in their personnel web sites but I am having trouble figuring out what I should put in this one. If I would get off my butt and take my film in I would have some pictures. I am going to keep putting the links in. The ones I put in for programs I feel are worthwhile, easy to use and I believe are helpful. The new one I put in is great. The one thing to remember when dealing with images or pictures, is that it is much better to work with large pictures and make them smaller vice enlarging because of the resolution. I have tried quite a few image editing programs. Some have all kinds of bells and whistles. In the long run they are really confusing to use. The good thing is that it is a small program, it is easy to use, it does the job and it is free.
I won't put a link for a download on my website unless I have tried it first. Some programs you download are only good for 30 days unless you buy them. With the fourth link I have provided for running trial/demo programs forever, you can run these type programs forever because you open the program through this program. It may sound confusing but once you figure out how to use it, I have found that it works. I put some links back in that I had taken out because the programs were only good for 30 days. I spend a lot of time looking at new downloads for users like us who like to try things and have fun. Like I said, I try everything before I will put a link on this site. The internet sweeper works really well. You would be surprised at how much of your hard drive gets eaten up by temp files, cache, cookies,etc.. This program has options that you set up to delete what you want. You just pick from their options. Very user frienly, as is the picture editor and the ad muncher, well all of them are.
I also put captions in for some of the pictures. To view the caption for the pics, just hold your cursor over the picture. As I am learning programming; I am incorporating what I learn into this web site. I am sure that at some time I will put something on this site that won't make sense to you, please just bear with me. I hope you enjoy what I am doing with it so far. I am hoping to do a lot more. Take care...Brian
