1. All items listed in this site are accurately described, to the best of Witt Publishing's knowledge. Witt Publishing does not come into direct contact with any of the items listed in this site; however, all sellers are expected to accurately describe the items they have listed for sale in this site. After purchase should you have any dispute in regards to the item purchased, email wittpublishing@mail.com describing the dispute with the item, and Witt Publishing will then email you the contact information for the seller. It is expected that any and all disputes will be resolved directly between buyer and seller. However, if a buyer feels that blatant fraud has occurred, email wittpublishing@mail.com describing the situation. Witt Publishing may contact authorities directly regarding the seller and also notify buyer of contact information for authorities who govern fraudulent activities conducted on the internet.

2. All payments for items are handled via PayPal and are payable to Witt Publishing. Click on "Add to Cart" button located beneath the item you wish to purchase from the Dymensionz web site, and you should be directed to login to your PayPal account. Payments are made within the PayPal site - PayPal retains your financial information, which is NOT accessible to Witt Publishing nor the seller. Once payment has cleared, Witt Publishing will make payment to seller and provide seller with buyer's shipping information. Sellers are expect to then ship item to buyer promptly. The process of waiting for payment to clear plus shipping time may take 7-10 days.

3. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The cost to ship will be indicated when you click on the "Add to Cart" button. The cost to ship is based on weight of item as shipping within the continental United States. Shipping anywhere else will entail additional shipping costs. Should a buyer be located outside the continental USA, Witt Publishing will contact such buyer to indicate the amount of additional shipping costs. These additional shipping costs must be paid to Witt Publishing via PayPal promptly.

4. All buyers of items listed in this site agree to all the terms above and agree to indemnify Witt Publishing from any and all legal pursuits.
