            VEGGIE SUPER   SOUP

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 or 2 cans of tomatoes
  • 2 cans green beans
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 or 2 green peppers
  • 2 pounds carrots
  • 1 pkge. soup mix (optional)

Mix all ingredients, can season with salt, pepper, curry, parsley or hot sauce.

 

DAY ONE:

Soup and fruit. No bananas. Eat as much as you like. The more soup.. the better.

DAY TWO:

Veggies and Soup only. Raw or canned veggies (green leafy veggies but stay away from dried beans or corn). One baked potato with butter for supper. NO Fruit

DAY THREE:

Soup, veggies and fruit.. NO POTATO.

Today you should have lost 5 to 7 pounds.

DAY FOUR:

Bananas, skin milk, and soup.  Eat at least 3 bananas and drink as much skin milk as you can.

DAY FIVE:

Beef and tomatoes day, and soup.  Up to 10-20 ounces of beef and a Can of Tomatoes.  Eat the soup at least once.

DAY SIX:

Beef, veggies, soup. You may have 1 or 2 steaks with plenty of green leafy vegetables. No Potato. Soup at least once.

DAY SEVEN:

Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and veggie day. Eat also the soup.

By the end of the seventh day you should have lost from 10-17 pounds.

If you have lost more than 15 pounds YOU SHOULD STAY OFF FOR 2 DAYS BEFORE STARTING BACK ON DAY ONE.

                                   THE NO NO NO

Bread, alcohol carbonated drinks(including diet drinks), fried foods,

                          THE  YES YES YES

Water  6 to 8 glasses, black coffee, unsweetened tea, cranberry juice, skimmed milk.

COOKING MEATS:  Broiled or baked chicken (can be substituted for beef but NO SKIN)

Fish can be substituted on only one day.  Protein in the beef is needed.

THE SOUP: Soup can be eaten anytime that you are hungry. Eat as much as you want.  The more you eat, the more you will loose.
