Q: What was your most embarassing moment?
A: It was an out of uniform day at school, so I picked out this cute outfit (denim capri pants and a black shirt) and threw that on and went to school. On the way there, in the car, I noticed something on my legs. I took a closer look and I realized that I had forgotten to shave. It was so embarassing. I had to walk around school like that all day. To make things worse, people couldn't help but look at my legs 'cause the pants were fringed at the bottom.

Q: How did you get started singing?
A: I come from a very musical family. Basically, my first performance was when I was four years old. I sang an Italian song with my dad for Mother's Day in front of approximately 250 people. After that I just sang whenever people wanted me to, like at family reunions, etc. I joined the church choir when I was 11 and sang in it until I was 16. Then I joined the school choir and now, here I am.

Q: How would you describe yourself?
A: I am a happy, optimistic, confident, impatient and stubborn person. Hard to believe, but it's true.

Q: What do you look for in a guy?
A: He has to be the sweet and romantic type. Someone who will hold the door open for you. He has to be willing to talk about anything, but will also listen when you need to be heard. He has to have nice eyes and a nice smile....oh and 1 more VERY important thing...he has to be faithful (THAT MEANS NO CHEATING!)

Q: What's your idea of the perfect date?
A: ummm...go out to a movie, rollerblading through the park at night, and then laying around watching the stars.

Q: Do you have a boyfriend?
A: No not right now, but I'm always open! :)

Q: Are the songs you write based on personal experiences or are they just "stories" you make up?
A: With every song I write I try to express EXACTLY what I'm feeling. Most of my songs are experiences that I've had, problems and emotions I've went through. I write what I feel. For some songs though, I create a scenario, or conflict, and put myself in the person who's going through the experience's shoes. For example, just the other day I found out that this guy I have a HUGE crush on asked some girl to go to Prom with him. Of course I was heartbroken, so when I got home, I sat down in front of my keyboard and wrote what I felt, put music to it and made it into a song.

Q: Do you play any instruments?
A: Yes. I play keyboards. Also, I took organ for 4 years, flute for 3 months, and I also take vocal lessons.

Q: What are your goals for the future?
A: Hopefully I get a record deal. I'd like to tour the world and sing for thousands of people in packed stadiums every day. I plan on graduating from high school next year and I want to go on to OAC (grade 13) and then hopefully get accepted into York University where I hope to pursue an education and career in law. Later on in life I hope to get married and have kids and be successful in the music industry as an entertainment lawyer.

Q: If you had to choose between your education and your music career, which would you choose and why?
A: I would choose my music career because I can always go back and get an education. Music for me right now is like a once in a lifetime opportunity, so at this point I'd choose music over education. (I'd definitely get a tutor though!)

Q: What major world issue is most important to you right now?
A: Abortion. I'm neutral on that topic.

Q: What would you like to say to the fans?
A: If you have a goal...DON'T GIVE UP! you've heard it before...but it's the truest thing anyone can say. And don't worry what everyone else thinks, their opinion doesn't matter as much as your own. It will make you happier to know that you like yourself for who you are and that others do too. If they like you for what you've made yourself, then they don't really like YOU, they like someone who does not exist.
