Writers Retreat in Big Bear

A Writers Retreat is being planned in Big Bear the weekend of July 7, 8, & 9, 2006. This is not a specific CWC event, but planned by Laura Slattery and Kay Murphy, IECWC members. Here is a link for the flier for this event - Big Bear Writer's Retreat . The retreat is scheduled for the weekend of July 7-9. All costs include the special session with Mike Foley ( Mike Foley's Website ) on Saturday, all your meals and which ever room/bed option you chose. Also note we are welcoming spouses for this weekend at a special reduced price. This cabin we have reserved is so lovely and we have a mix of planned writing/discussion sessions and plenty of free open writing time. I know you will be inspired to write this weekend as you share with others committed to this wonderful craft we all love.

1. Send me your profile.
I think this helps all of us get to know each other. Also, if you have a picture (in .jpeg format) that you can email to me send that as well. (I will also bring my digital camera to the next meeting to see if I can get a few more of our members) The pictures and profiles I included came from the April issue of Fresh Ink. If for some overwhelming reason you do not want your picture/profile/email listed let me know.

2. I would like to include one piece of writing on our website from each member. Please send these writing if at all possible as Microsoft Word attachments, or if not in the body of an email. If there is something that I have put into Fresh Ink and that is what you would like me to use, let me know the issue and title and I will retrieve it.
