Hi Amiga Friends. Im so sorry to you all for not updating this site. I have stopped developing for the Amiga and am awaiting for the new Amiga OS to come out and then I will move all my Windows (C) programs over to that. Currently Im just writing programs like Paint, Ed etc etc to try and get rid of Microsoft. I still love the Amiga and have a nice 2Ghz P4 running Amiga OS 3.1 I have a new site up and my email has changed to asapsolutions@dodo.com.au Please email me there and I would love to hear from you all. About this site. AmiDEV is a company what offers free games for various computer systems. Although not much seems to be happening this is not the case. Soon music created by Milks will be available for free download. Also we like computers and wish to help anybody with one. That is why there is ways to help you not get infected with a virus on this site. Also there is a picture of me (Milks) who started up AmiDEV with his first game Sudden Death. About AmiDEV Welcome to AmiDEV. We produce quality games freely for our favorite computer system. Most of the games that we will be creating will be able to run on a standard Amiga 500. We dont feel the need to use all the latest technology as we believe that graphics and sound only play a small role in the games features. So whats the main key to gaming? Playability. All the games here are free unless stated and most include source code for you to use. If you do use are source code please state in the credits orginal source code by _______ and could you also email us and give us a copy of what you have done. We are willing to host anybodys game here. As long as its simple and fun. Amiga is the best computer system to use. Even though the Windows box has games like Quake 3. We have something better. An operating system that doesnt take long to boot up (10.26 seconds my Amiga 1200 060 @ 75 Mhz takes to boot). Free software, Aminet, great user base and technolgy what doesnt take the fun out of computering like Microsoft does through the following ways: Mircosoft Explorer has caused a fault and needs to be shut down or my personal favorite: get a blue screen with an error message for no reason. Oh yes and if a pc user tells you how wonderful Windows Me is on is P4 then just show them Wipout running on a Window in Workbench and watch their face drop. WinUAE is pointless. You still cant run Amiga software like you can on an Amiga and have you tried the other one called Fellow? Fellow is rubbish. It cant even run the famous demo: State Of The Art by Spaceballs.
