The Bufalino Crime Family has been a near extinct crime family since current boss William "Big Billy" D'Elia took over the family leadership, now its so small that Billy D'Elia is believed to be the only active member, with only a handful of associates. A lack of young Italians attempting to lead the gangster lifestyle has all but, or has, put an end to the Bufalino Crime Family of Northeastern Pennsylvania and Upstate New York. Does this family have any made members who have remained low key enough that the FBI has not been able to identify them, or is the Bufalino Crime Family ready to be added to a list that includes the Lanza, Sciortino, Civello and Vitale Crime Families?
