FIND A SPECIFIC VEHICLE
|
IS A FREE CAR FOR REAL?: Maybe you've seen
segments on television news magazine shows about this and wanted
more information. Yes, people do receive free cars. Yes, people do
get paid to drive their own cars -- festooned with peel-off
advertising.
Think city bus. Think a product
displayed on the sides, front, back and even the roof of a vehicle.
Think how many people will see that vehicle -- and its attached
advertising -- during its daily drive. Now you've got the idea. As
it becomes more and more difficult and expensive to reach consumers
from billboards and other media, car advertising is taking off. You
have an opportunity here.
Now, it's not quite as simple as
'give me the keys, I'm ready.' But the driver application process is
easy and if you haven't ducked out on credit bills and don't have a
history of reckless driving, you have a shot. You have the best shot
if you commute a long distance to a major city and park outdoors in
a location visible from the street.
You could attempt to
find the many free car distributors on your own, but a heads-up
Webmaster has done the searching for you. And he'll keep the
database up-to-date as more companies jump aboard this new
advertising bandwagon. If your personality is outgoing, if your
neighborhood will allow this kind of vehicle, if you have a vehicle
in good condition (no clunkers wanted), then you might qualify.
There's a one-time $25 fee to access the database from now on.
Applications do not require payment of a fee.
I've checked
this out as best I can. Do not waste money unless you seriously want
to apply. Most companies seem to prefer the New Beetle, PT Cruiser
or a van for ad display. RV vehicles are highly desirable and
command premium rates (up to $1,000 a month paid to owners).
And, yes, students can qualify. Ads on campus are desirable.

CAR REPAIR RIPOFFS: What if you knew someone who
worked as a service advisor in a mechanics' garage? What if this
person who determined repairs needed to your vehicle was honest and
willing to tell you how the industry regularly rips off customers
like you? You'd want to hear what he had to say, right? His
information could save you bundles of money for future repair
visits.
Meet Austin Davis. He's all of the above.
Austin's
family has run a repair shop business for 63 years now, grossing
$1.4 million in revenue last year -- not your little mom and pop
shop. Most of the business in his shop comes from repeat customers,
ones happy to be treated fairly and honestly.
I'm happy to
say Austin is now contributing his valuable knowledge to The Car
Place. This important side of vehicle ownership has too long been a
dirty little corner filled with give-me-money types.
How can
you discover the truth that Austin knows?.You can order an ebook he
has available for electronic download delivery.
Austin's
book is $14.95. If you find even one valuable item -- and you will
-- you'll save the price of the book on your next repair visit. I
like Austin because he's a straight-shooter in a business full of BS
artists with boat payments to meet. You'll like him, too. Order his
book by clicking the banner below.
To read a sampling of his
work, check out the following:
* What
to do after the accident. * Should
I buy an extended warranty? * Why
are my brakes squealing? * My
'check engine' warning light came on. What now? * My
car is shaking at highway speed. What does this mean? * Words
mechanics like to hear. * That
first impression is important. * Oooo.
I need transmission work.
