Fad-diets do not work. What little success that comes out of fad dieting is temporary. The ONLY thing that works in terms of long-term health is a healthy diet and regular exercise. Period. So, you can take that Atkins, LA Weight Loss, and the others (Weight Watchers actually has a high success rate) and throw that bullshit right out the window.

There are no quick-fixes. If a person wants to be healthy and keep the body fat under control, that person will have to sooner or later wake-up and realize that taking care of oneself is a full-time lifestyle that consists of limiting the shit-foods and the laziness.
