Making Youre Own Cards

To Play 'Compass' you will need to print out all 27 images. You will notice that each image is the same size and in Black & White. These images are 'to scale'. This means when printed at their auctuall size that the 'cards' are the same size as standard playing cards used today. Some printing programs will scale an image to fit within the margins and borders of a printable page. These images are 7.5 (2248 pixels) wide & 9.86 (2960 pixels) high in inches. Most printers use a 1/2 inch margin on sides and 1/2 inch on the top & bottom. These images fit within those margins on a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. The images are horizontal orientated and will have to be printed as "landscape" images to appear properly in the print out. It is recomended to print on cardstock if your printer supports it. Cardstock is a thicker heavier kind of paper meant for greeting cards, buisness cards, etc. It is ideal for playing cards. If your printer does not support it then it is advised to photocopy the images at a copy service onto cardstock. Cutting the cards to the same size will take time. DO NOT expect to finish this within one or two evenings. You also might want to invest in a 'card case' that fans of 'collectible card games' often use. It would be a pain to loose any of those cards you spent so much time in cutting out.
