Conclusion
All the women who joined the U.S. Army to fight and protect our country as well as the men represents the exploration part of the topic. The encounter part is when the men first saw the women join the Army and thought they won't be capable of managing "men" work becuase they supposedly "lacked" the stength that was crucial to be able to load a shell, shoulder a gun, and many more. The exchange part is when both, the men and women became as one to not be two armies, but as one army. They also exchanges ideas that were from the women's point-of-view and ideas from the men's point-of-view.
The way we view women today was much more different than the view of women in the times of the World War II. Now, we accept the women in the Army as if they were basically men. Before, they wondered why they joined to do something that they would not be able to do. The women who have dedicated themselves to make the women in the Army be recognized just as the men were. That is why they succeeded in doing this as well as protecting our country. |
