Turkey Salad 1 1/2 pounds turkey breast meat, cubed 1 1/2 cups frozen peas 1/2 cup chopped carrots 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup chopped scallion Dressing: 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon celery seed 1/4 teaspoon dried dillweed 1 teaspoon granulated onion powder 1 cup nonfat mayonnaise or nonfat Miracle Whip In a large bowl, combine turkey, peas, carrots, green pepper, celery and scallion. To make the dressing: In a small bowl, combine black pepper, celery seed, dillweed, onion powder and mayonnaise. Spoon dressing over salad and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for several hours for the flavors to blend. Stir again before serving. Makes 16 (1/2-cup) servings
