ROQUEFORT CHEESE BALL OR SPREAD 2-(8oz EACH) PKG CREAM CHEESE 1-(3oz) PKG ROQUEFORT CHEESE (I used Blue Cheese) 2 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE 1 TBS MINCED ONION 1 TBS CHOPPED PIMENTO 1 TBS CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER GARLIC POWDER & SALT TO TASTE SOFTEN CHEESES, MIX ALL INGREDIENTS WELL. ROLL IN NUTS & FORM BALL IF DESIRED. CHILL. MAKE A COUPLE OF DAYS AHEAD FOR FLAVORS TO BLEND BETTER. SERVE WITH WHEAT THINS OR CRACKERS OF YOUR CHOICE. OR SERVE WITH FRESH VEGGIES.
