NO CARB PIZZA (Hi Protien Pizza) Ingredients: 4-oz cream cheese 3 eggs 1/3 cup cream 1/4 cup grated parmaesan cheese 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 2 cups mixed italian cheese 1/2 sm can tomato paste 1 cup mozrella cheese (I use more) your favorite toppings Directions. 1. Blend together in blender: cream cheese, eggs, cream, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder and oregano (I use a whole garlic clove instead of the garlic powder and if I remember I wait and add the oregano at the very end so the blended mix doesn't turn greenish) 2. Spray oblong casserole dish with PAM 3. Sprinkle the mixed Italian cheese evenly into the casserole dish 4. Pour the blended mix over the cheese 5. Bake at 375 for 15 min. Let stand for 5 min. 6. Spread the tomato paste over the baked mixture. -the original recipe used sugar free pizza sauce, do as you wish. 7. (I add a little additional oregano on top of the tomato paste) 8. Sprinkle the mozarella cheese over the tomato paste and pile with your favorite toppings. 9. Return casserole to the oven and bake till the cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown. 10. Allow to stand for 10 min before trying to cut.
